Just SA appoints Zuhdi Abrahams as a non-executive Board member

We are pleased to welcome Zuhdi Abrahams to the Just family in South Africa as a non-executive Board member.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Zuhdi has an impressive resume and will play a key role in building on the firm’s reputation for providing retirement solutions that meet the different needs of South African retirees.

Zuhdi was previously Partner in Charge of the Cape Town office, Financial Services Leader and part of the Leadership Group at pwc. He has extensive experience in local and global financial services (including insurance, investment management and private equity). He served on the Africa Governance Board and chaired various pwc governance committees, and currently acts as an independent non-executive director in insurance and recovery funds.

Zuhdi's appointment brings sought after experience, knowledge and insights that are sure to complement our Board of Directors and senior management team at Just SA. He will replace Herman Wessels, who has been a board member since Just SA’s inception in 2014, and would like to lighten his overall Board commitments and allow for a new independent non-executive director to bring fresh insight and strategic challenge to the business.
